Welcome to our walking club – the club for all walkers who love the countryside.
We’re delighted that the special walk in aid of the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation raised £230 this year! Thank you to everyone who participated or donated.
For a wonderful way to meet new friends and improve your health, why not join one of our walks?
Walks run fortnightly from March to October throughout the North of England visiting areas such as the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, North East Coast and Scottish Borders.

Finn (aged 10) and Cilla (aged 88) enjoy a walk, April 2017.
Everyone is welcome, from individuals to families. All walks are led by voluntary walk leaders who cater for a wide range of ability. Just come along and enjoy the scenery and a great day out. Coach pick up and drop off points at Stanley, Annfield Plain and Lanchester.
The 2018 walks programme is now available. Click on the walks link in the black bar above above for details.

Yesterday at the end of “Cuddys Corse” walk in Durham I visited the Cotswold store. My AP&DNC membership card was most useful in getting 15% discount on a couple of items. It covered the cost of my membership for the year! Great Stuff.
