Both Parties were doing a Grasmere Circular walk, with the A party aiming for 5 hours and the B party aiming for 5 miles.

Over the last couple of walks we have been averaging around 43 members

Margaret Palmer led the B party on a good walk around Grasmere,

David Palmer led the A party off, the first 4 miles went well but then with all the water off the fells it became increasing difficult the weather and access becoming very frustrating. All were glad to get back safely.
