Walking in Durham has a list of local walking groups as well as free walks and walking maps to download
Durham County Council offer guided walks and environmental activities
Durham Rambling Club have regular walks in the region
DurhamCity Ramblers is the local branch of the Ramblers Association
Northumbria Walking Group also has a Derwentside branch
Walk Durham run a series of 30-90 minute walks on different days at locations all around the County.
